Diet Atkins, mampukah saya?





السلام عليكم & Hi... 


Hellloooo.. Acik bz macam biasa. Hehhe (alasan la tu) ╰(*´︶`*)╯♡

Ok nak citer mokcik ni tgh TERpikir2 mau guna AtkinsDiet (selalu baca kat blog Zura cun).. Sebagai solution badan yg makin bulat, huhuhu husbandku seperti sudah kurus, nampak lak ai makin besar dari dia. Ini tidak harus terjadi! (๑-﹏-๑)



Makanye, dua tiga hari ni mokcik try diet Atkins.. Menggeletor badan nakkk sebab xdapat nasik. Hahaha
Ini fasa induction utk 2 minggu. Glurrppp
Tadi lepas upload gambo kat insta & fb, member baru kasi tau yg dlm induction probation xboleh amik tomato comel tu dulu.


Haaa yg ni hari tu punye lunch. Nasib baik patty daging kedai me besar, hahaha (*^^)v

Phase 1

Atkins Induction, also known as the Atkins Diet Phase 1, is the first 2 weeks (14 days of the atkins diet). 

Your goal during this period is: a:) to change your body from burning Carbohydrates to burning Fat. 

b:) Stabilize your blood sugar & stop cravings to sugar and other carbs. 

c:) Demonstrate that you can burn fat without counting calories. 

d:) Get your body into ketosis
